The manor NPCs will now be dropped outside the manor, just like you, every now and then. They will stay outside very briefly before running back in. They can be located on the porch (in the same drop areas for players).

Hi Wyrom, how rare is rare really supposed to be? I have been cruising around outside the DM manor for over 30 mins and a buyer NPC hasn't appeared. There's a few of us down here and the crowd is growing increasingly impatient. Please don't make me pay more money just to convert these doll parts into redeemed tickets.
