I have a pair of greater elemental gloves with lesser moods on them. Are greater moods compatible with my gloves? I have no idea if greater moods work as a subscript like lesser moods do or if greater moods are a simple upgrade to lesser moods. I'd rather know before I enter the raffle to save myself a headache.

No to greater elemental, male scripted armor, Voln armor, or basically any other item with a script on it.

Its pared down successor lesser moods is (with most, lesser moods does not work with fusion, Voln or Ithzir for example).
