Voln armor - Will not be sold off the shelf but will be limited opportunities to add it to existing nonscripted armor.
WARNING:
Any unlocks of voln armor will require you have armor of the previous tier already. ie. Tier 1 unlock requires OTS armor, Tier 2 requires Tier 1 already, Tier 3 requires Tier 2, and Tier 4 (voln members only) requires Tier 3. If you win and do not have eligible armor ON YOU, your win is forfeit and another means of distribution will be used.
Weighting/padding availability - Undetermined at this time.

I'm feeling a bit dense here. Does this mean we will have the chance to add the Voln armor script to otherwise non-Voln armor?

Yes. I had this service done in the past and at free fests there was a limit to the properties of armor you could put it on in terms of enchant and padding level, etc. I'm not sure if that same limit will exist here, but heads up it might.
