They are mage and merchant rechargable.

Not that it makes a huge difference to you, but ruby amulets usually have more than 1 charge, and technically they can be charged up to 40 charges, though that would probably be only done by a merchant these days.

I keep a pile of ruby amulets handy, and almost always wear one. They're great to have around when things get ugly.

Reach still charges them i think but only a couple charges. I just want them at pay festivals in the same aenae as bravery heroism spirit strike etc. Crystals alcohol bracelets etc.
