This is just a post to thank all of the GMs for that crazy 9-hour marathon, and all of the work that led up to it. You guys rock.

Signed,

Echoing the thanks! That was one heck of a marathon, and some really incredible (and truly inventive) items released!

Also thank you to those who kept up with announcements, item lists, etc.

Likewise. I had a lot more fun watching this than I ever expected to, given my rabid aversion to crowds.

Extremely good job keeping the scroll and eyebleed factor to a minimum, lots of really neat items (many eyepoppingly so), and some great banter from the auctioneers. A+, would attend again... if I had any silver left.

I would like to offer my voice in agreement! Incredible, marathon auction. A lot of very nice items that went in the 20-30m range, which made them available to most players. Though the one item I wanted more than anything, I didn't get, I am thrilled to know it went to a lifelong Gosaena follower. That eased the sting of not winning ;) I don't complain often, but I know I can be verbal when I do complain. I want Wyrom and everyone else that works below him to know all this work has not gone unappreciated. I can only imagine how much time and effort was put into this auction for us, the players. And it is genuinely, sincerely appreciated. I know often your work goes unappreciated, folks (including myself at times) want more more more...but this was truly an amazing event, where everyone with any investment at all had a chance to get a decent item.

Thank you all. For your hard work. For your hours and hours of dedication to this event. Kudos to you all. Your hard work was noted, and deeply appreiated.

There was some really amazing items that went out for sale! A lot of creativity went into the designs and scripts while the auctioneers put in double time marathon selling them all! Thank you!

I'd like to echo the thank you for the wonderful job done by everyone involved. The time and effort put into everything, from the items to the auction, was greatly appreciated.

I went in not thinking I'd have enough for that thing I really wanted, and pure coincidence allowed me to purchase it with the exact amount of silvers I had in my note.

THANK YOU XAYLE, I love that gown SO MUCH!

Thank you for the fun. I'm still confused some by my eonake gauntlet if the verbs with it do anything besides script things, but I'm going to have fun collecting cursed items and gems in the Rift :)

PS: Kobolds ARE allowed to win things :P

Have you tried that with the wasp nests on Teras yet? I know they don't "damage" you per se--like getting elemental hearts out near Aenatumgana, or myklian scales and whatnot--but since it's another "reach in and bad things happen", maybe...

It was a marathon auction and I loved it!

Thanks for all the work creating, QCing and auctioneering these items along with the surely mammoth headache planning and organizing it. These items are a huge boon to the game.

Fair warning... I'm going to try out that eclipse thingy sometime tomorrow mid-late afternoon. Warning is for those who might have alchemy/foraging needs, and those who want to see it.

Big hearty thanks from me, as well!

I went in with a few things I was interested and left with completely different things, though happy all the same!

Also echoing how great the screen scroll was controlled - this from a visually impaired/blind player that can quickly get overwhelmed with too much. This was super easy to follow along with. I feel bad for the GMs, though, who probably were drowning in whispered questions.

Thanks again - was a blast!

I haven't tried the gauntlet in qasp nest on teras yet but id imagine it'd protect me. Im quite happy with it 😊 if there was a sleeping flare / Ronan two handed weapon then I would have went after that instead though heh. thank you again __________________________

I hate to be the bearer of bad news! But one little glove isn't going to help much against a horde of wasps stinging you all over, I'm afraid.

That was me, poking my nose in and stirring up trouble after the owner posted. (Though, thankfully not into a wasp's nest!)

I knew that it was one of those situations where you stuck your hand into stuff... wasn't sure if it would protect or not. :)
