This Is just my Opinion and I'm proably wrong on one of two of these in some way but anyway.

We have Frostbite. Your fully protected only when You have a Mof up. You can't cast Mof on anyone else, so if you happen to be hunting with a none war mage Frostbite it kinda out of the question

Tremor. Pretty easy to fix just cast suf on the other people but you still have to cast another spell on somebody to use this spell without possably hurting your parter.

I don't even want to think of what we are gonna have to go do protect people from chain Lightening.

Mab..If you don't rub it and use this spell with anyone in the room, or lord forbid an invasion, you are going to throw everyone off balance or toss them to the ground and proably get them killed.

Now Firerains back. You have to "Shape" the cloud so you don't hurt other people. It takes me a Roundtime of 28 seconds to do this..Yea. And even then I lost control of the spell. I'm Not the biggest warrior mage but I've well over 50th. I would think I was have the ability to control a spell thats considered a 40th level spell.

Did I miss anything?

We Defenitly aren't the master of hunting with big groups

Nor should we be. That goes to paladins. Our abilities lie more toward raw magical destruction, which we do very well indeed. (Now that Magic 2.1 is out.)

Although we look awfully silly doing it...

I mean, picture yourself stomping around under a cloud of hellfire, burping flames and spitting on things like a madman....ya there's dignity for you grin

Or laying sprawled out on the ground with mab's going off, unable to stand for more than 2 seconds hehe.

So when we were the protectors of lands before the paladins came, I guess we just used big sticks?? Hehe

Aww, we're still protectors of Elanthia.

The Elanthian population just has to sit a room away while we protect it.
