Rigby, is the reason Shift Moonbeam doesn't allow us to move moonbeams off of ferries and barges purely a mechanics issue?

If it is not, can you please add that?
I can understand GM's not wanting us to be able to shift it onto barges and ferries and avoid paying fares (even though I think we should be able to), but not being able to move one off is really discouraging.

it has to do with the way the system handles "rooms" and portals like the ferry I asked long time ago when shift moonbeam came out and was told they couldn't really fix it, so probably nothing that can be done, short of rewritting lots of rooms in the game and core mechanics for those rooms.
