How are those envelopes coming along?

The freeze only affects new development. Things already developed and in QC will be relatively unaffected other than there likely will be fewer GM's available to do the QC work since they will be focused on switching things over to the new mechanics, and said items might be in QC a bit longer since they will need to be switched over as well.
So the freeze might delay their release, but won't necessarily stop them.
