So, I know that we all start with "Of E-town" in our list of affiliation titles and that citizenship, membership, etc. can give you affiliation titles as well. I think it would also be wonderful if you were also given an affiliation title when you join your guild.

From the command it shows that there are 3 options, would that be able to be expanded?

I think the affiliation's are a wonderful system and could use a few more touches to be just plain awesome. It's been said before a few times but again, Regional/Township titles would also be great. Even if only for Estate Holders who have homes in a given area, it would still be a clever addition and really go the extra step.

It's redundant, no doubt, but its not as jarring as owner of [whatever], or general, or assassin of such and such, essentially when it is an group that has (for the last two) no affiliation to PvP or combat/battle/war.

Basically the title system can be used to come up with some things it shouldn't, but I'd rather the GMs throw repercussions to characters in game for such things, then to handicap players from having their characters have a little bit more identity.

I suppose there might be someone who would do that, I mean it takes all kinds amirite? However, the majority would be able to use it as a means to further define their character at a given moment.

I mean, maybe homeboy likes to RP that he's not the guildmasters favorite guy, so: Vagrant of the Bard's Guild.
Or, guy is like the golden boy for his guild and wants everyone to know it: Fanatic of the Paladin's Guild.
Maybe just for fun: Anarchist of the Empath's Guild.

The fun could go on, and on. Also a clever way for when GM's control guildmasters to gauge some of those who swarm them, roll with the RP punches. Ya know?

I discovered "Butcher of Elanthia" back when we were testing out the title system.
