ReplyThe spell Shield of Light has been modified again. It is now in its final state for all currently planned changes. Those of you who have been testing the first batch of changes might want to test it again.
I want to give a hearty cheer to GM Skralthaen who did all the work on the upgrade for this spell. Ill leave it to him to discuss any of the specifics of the modifications with you.

As Enbarr stated, the Shield of Light spell is now complete. The full scope of this month's changes include larger shields than were available before, reduced weight compared to normal shields (we wanted weightless, but were told that would mess with combat) and also reduced hindrance compared to the normal shields. You will also receive a percentage bonus to your shield skill while using a Shield of Light. Nope, i'm not giving you a number ;) It is pretty substantial, though. You may want to ASK Tallis about the spell again as her speech has changed slightly.
