Okie, it's ready to go, should be live sometime today or tommorow, several
comments.

1) For non-thieves, it's going to be premium only for the first week.

2) The way the quality of the pick gets determined is very different, this
means that some people will be making better picks than they were before,
and some will be making worse. The biggest difference is that the main
skill used to determine the quality is now your picking skill, not ML.

3) The experience has been changed alot also. Simply carving doesn't teach
as much, you get most of your experience from completing the pick. The
amount of experience/pick goes down fairly sharply the more picks you carve
in a short period of time.

4)The material the pick is made from matters less for the final quality
than before, but much more on the chance of breaking the blank.

5) Non-thieves are not gonna be as thrilled as they expected.

6) Shortly after the new carve is out, a new pick repair will also be going
out. The main difference there is that a sufficiently skilled repairer can
repair all damage short of permanent bends.
