that I can pick my own authoring tools and publish updates at my
convenience :) The info should not be considered carved in stone -- names
are very subject to change (especially things like Explosive Decompression
and Magnetic Ballista (which is still a better name than Railgun, you have
to admit)), details are changeable, prereqs are not likely to change but
may, and the basic concepts are quite firm. We may spring some surprises
