Anyone know if the bardiche from Edword's hits from pole? It has same stats as the short-hafted, so if it hits from pole, I want it.

Halberds have a great average of stats on them, but no one killer stat on it without getting to high in weight.

With 2he you can get a claymore with fair puncture, bone-crushing slice, low impact at around 36 stones, its slice will tear into things. However with a halberd you have the option of having hard hitting puncture and slice but lack a very powerful stat in each.

Halberd and Pike forging is also buggy so their not all to great forged compared to what you can achieve with a forged edge. Hopefully that will change though, my barb has long since dropped halberd and pike even though they were extremely fun to use. I'm a big fan of the glaive and halberd type weapons in RL.

Of the heavy/heavy slice/puncture halberds at the fest, does anyone know the weights on them?

Also, how do you store them? Weapon strap, container, etc. If a strap, which one of the worn body slots does that use?

Thanks for the info. Might pick up a halberd to play around with, since these look nice.

They can be strapped over the shoulder (like crossbow, bow, or a bundle)

Certain containers will fit them but not all, some of the ones in the fest will generally look for things that could fit a greatsword. Some of the Baldrics and greatsword scabbards can hold it. Staff harnesses aswell. But beware, some containers can fit a greatsword but not fit a halberd. It varies from weapon to weapon though.
