I'm really enjoying the new combat maneuvers. I find that I use them frequently, most of all the doublestrike (because offhand is awesome) and palmstrike (because karate is awesome).

I'd like to put forth a few suggestions for more maneuvers though, because I feel that there's some untapped potential to add even more depth to this aspect of combat in the game. I can probably think of more than what I will list here, I just wanted to throw out a few ideas.

STAB - Swords. Great damage bonus, low chance of causing bleeding wound.
PUSH - Blunts. Low damage with moderate percent chance to push opponent from melee to pole range. (Pretty useful for pole range blunt users)
POKE - Polearms. Low damage with moderate percent chance to cause stun.
SWEEP - Staves. Low damage with moderate percent chance to knockdown opponent.
STOMP - Unarmed. Moderate damage with high percent chance to cause opponent to kneel. (Like the toe-crusher move in the movie Kung-Fu Hustle)
HEADLOCK - Grappling. Low damage with moderate percent chance to put opponent to sleep. (AKA the sleeper hold)
DISTRACT - Dual Wielding. Highly accurate, very low damage with offhand and great damage with main hand.
CRIPPLE - Ranged. Moderate damage with moderate chance to cause knockdown (leg), stun (abdomen), sleep (head). (Like a targeted shot specifically with the intention to render your opponent weaker.)

I would expect these debilitating status maneuvers would not last very long, but would be severe enough to offer the user a noticeable advantage over their opponent.

Mmmm, there's only about 3 pole range blunt weapon types in the entire game. And they're all the same template with different looks.

Good point. Perhaps a different thing for blunt and maybe move that maneuver over to polearms.

I would like to see tactical maneuvers, perhaps that used weapons, perhaps that didn't.

I would also like to see more tactical moves besides just shove.

Oh and I like all the current maneuvers and wouldn't mind seeing these added.
