Is there a way to make a lodging heavy thrown fly back to your hands even if it sticks? Is there some sort of bonding potion that would do this? I think I saw a guy throw a spear and it kept flying back to his hands and was wondering how he did this.

Definitely does with a premium bonding potion
There is a bard enchante that also does this, Resonance, I think.
