I'm working on training up all weapons at the same time and have just moved into elder brocket deer at 105 ranks in each weapon, well 110 now but anyhow plan to probably try to stay there till maybe 150? Looking for suggestions on a critter one step up the ladder that swarms like crazy and doesn't parry since that makes learning alot harder. I am underhunting so I'm not worried about getting hurt by anything just concerned about how well they teach weapon skills really. Thanks for any advice.

Elder Brocket Deer teach till somewhere near the 300 mark if not 300 exact. You can stay there for quite a long time. I can say from experience the red brocket deer (2nd tier) teach weapons to 201 exactly with you occasionally getting a bit of exp to register after that. (it might go to 1 for 1 pulse every 30 attacks or so)
