Heyo,
I have awoken after a long sleep, and as I'm getting my bearings back I'd like to stick around Crossing while I backtrain up shield, new armors and weapons. I'd also like to do some at level hunting so that's my question....
Skinning, boxes, bipeds, etc. doesn't matter as long as it teaches well.
Relevant stats:
Guild: Thief
Strength: 25
Agility: 30
Reflex: 25
Stamina: 30
Shield Usage: 44 (I know, backtraining it)
Leather Armor: 148
Parry Ability: 156
Multi Opponent: 148
Medium Edged: 155
Evasion: 167
Hiding: 219
Stalking: 229
Backstab: 175
Skinning: 117

For backtraining shield, you'll have to stance down and annoy something like rockies or perhaps beiswurms, or even bone wolves in Leth.
I can't say anything about the Crossing Sewer hunting, but you might be able to train your other stuff there.

You have lots of options for backtraining your shield but I suggest beisswurms, which will lock it quickly. For at level hunting I recommend vipers (which are close to the beisswurms). You might get hit by spit every now and then but it doesnt hurt much.

Vipers work well at those ranks, and you can move from there to the deadfall which is vipers and leucros together when you get a bit closer to 200 in your defenses.
You'll need to pump that shield up though if you plan on using it regularly. You can do that in eels -> beisswurms -> crocs before you get to vipers.
