Are there any critters around the same level as Bristlies in P5? I'm backtraining some weapons and armor in bloodvines and would like to also hunt at level if possible.

If you're wanting to stay near bloodvines, then yes. Else you could head Shard way and try something there.

Ghasts are fun but I haven't heard that they have stopped swallowing arrows yet. Thats a show stopper for ranged users.
