Heyo!

Fixed an issue with Ice Ghasts that was causing lodged items to go missing when the ghast died.

In addition, I tweaked cave trolls a bit to make the area a bit more friendly to hunters. The gen rate hasn't changed, but should be a little bit easier to find trolls now...or for them to find you, as the case may be.
