Would it be possible to add in more goblin subtypes between field goblins / goblin shamans and snow goblins, and between snow goblins and black goblins?

I love fighting goblins and would be great to have a selection to choose from with different levels of difficulty. Would really love more goblins like the shamans that cast spells or have other unique abilities.

Also, is there a reason goblin shamans can't be skinned and that black goblins apparently can't be skinned for bones?
