Ok, it's all fixed up. I realise now what you all were looking for and I've included the information on those fields, too. The time was included but just not in the place that you are accustomed to seeing (this is due to the staff-only calendars working a little bit differently and I'm more accustomed to using those--sorry).

Thanks Helena, I just clicked it the way I normally do, never knew there was another way to do it ;). I plan on being there in some shape or form.
