Delay - What does this do exactly? Is there any IG explanation of what it does? I can't seem to find anything.
Clout - I didn't notice any messaging for when it wears off. Any chance something could be added?
Teaching magic - Now that we can actually train magic skills would it be possible for us to teach them now?
Combos - Could we get some sort of IG list of the combos, which khri they contain, and what the added effects are?
Combos - I think I liked it better when trying to start a combo would fail if you didn't know one of the khri or were still in downtime rather than starting the other khri in the combo. Could it be switched back?
Speed - What is the added effect of speed 3.1? I can't really tell from the messaging. Also, why plunder instead of elusion or focus? I'm not following how that fits the concept.
Cunning - This seems like kind of an oddball. Most of the khri combos make some sense for when they're supposed to be used but I'm having trouble figuring this one out. Personally I'd rather see it as a full debilitation combo. Plunder (for disc boost), guile, prowess with added effect of boost to charisma and debilitation (tactics would be cool too, or instead).

Probably not, the new framework doesn't spend a lot of time predicting what's going to happen before it happens.

Since combos were brought up, I don't really see how serenity and sagacity relate to the Prescience combo. What if prowess was in it instead? Maybe if the thief was more imposing judges would be more likey to believe that they're innocent; no one believes people that sound uncertain.
Silence, prowess, and serenity or sagacity seem like a good combo too; invisible, intimidating, and resistant. I don't know what the effect would be, but it sounds cool.
Is the anti-locate/familiar ability gone, or did I just not find it yet?
Why does elusion, serenity, and shadowstep have circle reqs? Isn't the skill req to start the combo is enough of a restriction without being unable to pick the khri themselves. I think shadowstep could come in handy before 50th even without the ability to use skulk.
And one more thing: flight only gets up to solidly balanced. Any way that could be increases to nimble? It's just kind of weak.

No, we always had to go to either Elanthipedia, the forums, or just PAFO for that info. I figured now might be a good time to add something.

Ok, the khri list will remind you of the combo names, and what the parts are. If I put anything in game about what each combo does it'll probably be somewhere else, but at least the basics are where a new player might come across it.

Just thought i'd ask as I went to ratha the other day to look at something and went to enter the guild causing me to die for the first time in months.
Will those of us that are big enough to have every khri available be ported in to the guilds to get them if need be?
Being killed when trying to enter a guild to get abilities we already had will suck.
Even though my rep said they hadn't taken any notice of me or whatever that message is I cant remember, I still got killed.
If advice was any good, they wouldn't give it out for free.

The same thing happened to me getting into the haven thieves guild, for crossing rep. I never even hung out in haven/theren, let alone stole there.
I think reputation effects are spilling out from one territory to another in many places, though im unsure if this is intentional or bug.
Maybe an NPC who can teach all thief khris could be posted somewhere in crossing for the first few weeks after 3.1 goes live to prevent needless death and frustration.

ooor, since you know it'll be live pretty soon...start doing tasks in whatever province it is that's gettin ya killed/beat up to try and fix your rep there.
Exceptions like possible bugginess like you maybe described aside, the entire point of the rep system is that you get your abilities taught if you're maintaining a good one, you don't if you aren't.
Don't get me wrong though, I didn't like it much when I couldn't get into a guild for about a year or two either and couldn't learn new Khri's, but I fixed that with patience and no task system to help me out. You've got an advantage I didn't have at that time. Take it.
Maybe I'm all kermudgen-like or whatever, but you have time to try to fix it before this goes live and if you aren't trying to do anything about it yourself, why should the GM's fix that for you? It's a pretty stupid mechanic to begin with but i don't think fixing it is currently on the agenda. I could be wrong but how ironic is it that we're the only guild that's penalized for stealing and we're the thieves. These days if you run into a thief, it's more likely that it will be a moon mage or a ranger. It causes us to be locked out of our core abilities on which we depend on for training our main abilities, which is completely unjustified. I think this whole concept needs to be reconsidered

There's some sort of bug in Test causing people to randomly have a tanked rep in different provinces. I've never done anything to drop my rep below neutral in Shard and I got thugged in Test for walking into one of the passages.
