Is it intended for spells to teach PM and not the skill in question? My Empath was casting Heal Wounds with 80 LM and 60 Utility. She was learning LM but not Utility.

If so, it's much more difficult than it was. I noticed this on pretty much every low mana cast before, but I'm not seeing it now. I learn both or neither.
