Xibar is a waxing crescent moon and is not visible. Although you can not see it, you can sense it should rise in about 5 anlaen.

It's been doing this with Xibar since it set several minutes ago. Katamba and Yavash seem to be reporting properly.
Also, RS seems to be broken. When you try to enter the rift, it just closes.
That's... interesting.
Keep an eye on the moon thing and the other moons please and I'll dig into it when I get a chance (heading to work so it may not be until later tonight or maybe even a few days).
Riftal Summons is another GM's project, I'll make sure he knows.

Just an update. Yavash seems to be doing it now as well, but Katamba is still normal.
Yavash is a new moon and is not visible. Although you can not see it, you can sense it should rise in about 3 anlaen.
