As far as I know, its just a strength booster, or is it supposed to boost agility?

You gesture.
Your extra strength deserts you as the glistening net unravels from your body.
A glistening net of coiling tendrils interlaces itself across your muscles, outlining each vein and contour with sparkles of white light.
Your body feels noticeably stronger and more agile.

At one point it was mentioned that HES would also boost agility, though i think that was before any spell list for 3.0 came out.

It's just Strength, which is why it's just 1 slot. I've updated the messaging a little to remove the impression that it does more.

Can you examine the duration. I dont think HES is in line with other 1 stat duration boosters....

The duration is in line with it being a battle spell with a faster prep time. There will be time to go through and do spell reviews for things like this, for now we're focusing on the kinks.

KK. As a final note I think I speak for every paladin in that we would not mind a longer prep if the spell lasted in line with what I see most other guilds get in terms of single stat boosters. The current duration makes this a unsavory spell to pick, as attempting to keep it up as a buff is rather painful. While I understand this could be meant as a quick boost, the effects of STR that make a few extra points in it so desirable (reduced RT) is now a harder to attain thing, so in the spirit of the spell being..useful and desirable I hope this gets changed before release:(

Yeah a capped cast with like 8 minute duration isn't very worthwhile, same with anti stun.
