Since sometime in the recent past, I can no longer repair mining tools while engaged. I get why you'd want to stop repair during combat, but even after leaving combat I've been blocked from repairing my pickaxe or shovel numerous times. Can we do away with this or have this check/duration looked at? Retreating to missile doesn't work, but even going to another room without mobs I'm still blocked for some time. Even though I don't like this change, I'd like to see repairing uniform across the board. If I'm lumberjacking, I can repair my axe all day long while mobs take swipes at me from melee, but I can't while I'm digging?

The system that checks to see if you are/aren't in combat isn't instantaneous. I think you can ASSESS to force it to acknowledge you're not in combat.

Uzmam! The Chairman will NOT be pleased to know you're trying to build outside of approved zones. I'd hate for you to be charged the taxes needed to have this place re-zoned. Head for the manor if you're feeling creative.
