I would love the ability to go into a library and find some obscure or lost text that others could not. I mean there are literally libraries all over Elanthia and there has to be some dark, mysterious type books out there. With enough scholarship you could find them.

I think this is a great idea in all facets, one can recover portions of text to create their own player-owned book.

1) Find texts in hidden portions of library. (under shelves, on top of shelves, behind shelves, tucked into cushions, etc)

2) Find texts hidden in other books. (back pages, decoding, previous owners notes, etc.)

3) Aquire notes and texts from NPC's. (critter drops, task prizes, guild offices, fest, etc.)

Bind it all togeather to form complete text. Carry it around for everyday reading or add to your own private collection.

incorporate finding lost books into the task system.

i'm sure the old blind beggar wants thieves to put together the thief library once more.

every thief that asks him for a task gets to find one page, the beggar puts it all together, and we get a library in the guild again.
