Curious if anyone is able to help, went to rather and it said it was in the area there, but couldn't find it for the life of me while wandering to the rooms in the sewers.
The map has a large 'X' marked in the middle of it. Near the marking, you can see a sketch of the opening of a cavern. Contour lines drawn along the map indicate that the destination is located near sea level, and empty space surrounds the 'X'. Straight lines have been drawn from the center, pointing north, northeast, south, southwest, and west. From other markings on the map, you guess that the destination is northeast from here. Judging by your surrounding environment, you will not find the treasure in this province.
[If you think you've found the treasure, you can STUDY the map to see.]

It would help to know what province and such you're in, or what province and zone the map is in if you've located that.

Oh, I see. The "not in this province" line confused me.
It's almost certainly the bazaar, based on the fact that the room is untyped (blank space). Whenever I've had an untyped Ratha map it was in the bazaar.
