What exactly does Eagle buff? While using a bow, crossbow or sling I see nothing being boosted when I use exp mods.
Bear boosts warding but doesn't teach it?
Is wolverine a prereg to getting better abilities in that path?

These are likely offensive factor boosts, which do not boost skills directly. I believe these are changing for 3.1, IIRC.

Abilities that boost skills or stats generally fit under Augmentation.
