How bout a meditation that uses inner fire to fuel the recovery of our spirit health?

I agree a spirit increasing meditation would be of use, but using inner fire would be a very severe limitation. After departing both my spirit and my IF are at zero and although IF increases faster than spirit, its not all that fast. Such a limitation would force me to hunt to increase my IF after a depart before my spirit returned (okay personally I do that anyway). Spirit draining critters are pretty sparse, and I recall that when fendryads had a spirit attack, that my IF took a hit before my spirit did. That, of course, would seem to support a meditation that trades IF for spirit, but I would like one that was not so strongly tied.
Sorry that really rambles.

Maybe it could burn spirit at a rate similar to that at which it is regained. This would basicaly be a decision on your part to swap faster spirit gain for getting your fire back after a death. It is a limitation that might be overcome by killing beasts to increase your fire-regeneration rate.

>>Another possibility would be a non-mana using clerical MD that we could create to help you out once we get a stab at the enchantment stuff.
Using CJ is supposed to give a hit to inner fire and teach MD (I haven't actually checked to see if it does though). I suspect clerical enchantments would do the same.

No,not exactly. You regain inner fire more quickly than spirit health.Plus, your inner fire and spirit health start recovering as soon as you are alive again.Wouldnt you rather have the choice of letting your spirit health recover completly before you begin regaining inner fire?

>>You regain inner fire more quickly than spirit health.
Correction:
You regain inner fire MUCH more quickly than spirit health.
After departing, my inner-fire will usually be nearly full before my spirit health is even halfway back, and that's with no extra killing to regain fire faster.
