I know development time is often in short supply, so I'd like to add a suggestion for enhancing Barbarian offensive capabilities that would (hopefully) be fairly straightforward to implement within the existing game systems.
1) Change Expertise combos to complete just by executing attacks, rather than requiring a hit. A lot of the combos (particularly ACCURACY) currently suffer from being too "win more"; you can only execute them reliably when you are already winning a fight and don't need them.
2) Add an Expertise combo that when completed significantly reduces or eliminates the charge time of the next Charged Combat Maneuver. This would help add a bit of secondary damage stream and also provide the ability to create a breakthrough/high-alpha scenario by coordinating with other combos and debilitations.
