I've been hunting in dusk ogres for my last couple of circles and started working on my mentals once I got strentgth to 18 so it has lagged behind a bit, but after hitting my last circle, it seems that I hit the ogres more often but I seem to do less damage. Every 3rd or 4th hit tends to be light (sometimes higher) while all the others are brushing/grazing. It seemed before that while I would hit them less often, I would do more damage. I am using LB (which is now dinged up so i'm not sure if that would play into it at all).
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Are you a Gnome, Halfling, or other small race? Just wondering why you chose LB.
Definitely get your weapon repaired, that actually is affecting your attack performance. You'll probably be back up to your usual self after that.
You are Malkien, a dashing Barbarian. Huzzah!
You are Apis, a legendary Cleric in your own head.
You are Ragesong. What sort of Kaldar is a Bard, anyways, doofus?
You are also Pellazan (WM), Essatariol (Ranger) and running out of sig space.

Prydaen. Training LB so that I can be a master forger of blunts when that time comes.
I did get my weapon repaired and that has made a difference.
You land a devastating hit that impales your thumb through the goblin's eye. In an un-graceful attempt to extract your thumb you dislodge the eye from it's socket. Throwing all caution to the wind you pop the morsel into your mouth and begin chewing.
