What would be some good HC armor/suit for around 10 plat or so?

Will i be able to afford forged armors?

And i am at 14th circle with 35 ranks in HC compared to 65 ranks in leather... is it worth it for me to switch over to HC right now? or should i circle some more before i switch over?

As it stands now, you would be better off training LC instead of HC since you would get the same protection with halft the weight.
