Does planting a sirese seed near Kaerna no longer work? A cleric I know tried planting one but got a message saying they had a feeling it wasn't going to grow. And it was spring. They planted it in a different room than they picked the seed which is supposed to be how its done I think but it didn't grow. Is this normal now or did the person do it wrong?

I've always had good luck with, "holy" places as well. Three specific examples:
Just inside the Crossing Temple grounds.
The courtyard of the Cleric Guild in Boar Clan
The town square in Riverhaven, just outside the Temple
