Getting close, ish, to moving my Cleric into basilisks, and I notice they're immune to fire. Do our fire damage spells (FF, AE, HoT, I presume FoU?) do less damage to them as a result?
On that note, would a cold immune critter take less damage from Horn or ChS (Maybe ChS is a bad example, do undead have spirit?)
Welcome to the basilisk. If your skinning is not high enough or if your close, shadow hounds and greater sluaghs are a good bridge to finish up so you can skin them. Basilisk are a great critter for us, as far as the numbers go, not sure about the damage and what is reduced but the spells work on them well enough. the first rooms are usually basilisk, deeper in is more beast.
