I was going through some notes and old websites and found some cool-sounding spell names. Do any of you old timers remember what they were supposed to be? The ones I've found are:

-Animata
-Soulshard
-Soul Dissipation
-Berengaria's Glory
-Pit of Souls

I don't remember any of those, but then again my memory is horrible, so maybe I have just forgotten them. I don't think they were ever seriously discussed.

Not much of an old timer, but I don't recall any of those either.

Animata - Spirit summoning. Name is dead, concept isn't.

Soulshard - No info on this one. Dead.

Soul Dissipation - Ultra-niche attack spell. Dead.

The other two were player ideas.

This sounds promising...

Thanks Grejuva.

I always thought that "We are the force that shears the soul like fresh meat" and "We are the summoners of ancient spirits" from the Cleric page on the website were two awesome ideas to explore. With the return of SvSp and this concept (incorporeal undead for Cleric sorcery perhaps?) it seems like we're headed in the right direction.

Bacon, yum!

An undead peccary arises from the muck and mud, shaking itself all over...

I know- That was the point. ;)

That being said, Spirit Beacon was one spell I did not miss!

I always wished it could have been used as something to tie you to an altar; so upon your death you'd automatically go to <altar of your pre-selection> instead of where ever the regular depart spot was.
