Is there a particular reason my warrior won't take a forged sabre? Clearly it should count as a "small or large edged mundane, non-swappable weapon", but I just get this when I try to get it to take the thing:

You hold out sabre, offering it to your sedate alfar warrior.
A sedate alfar warrior tosses the sabre from hand to hand a few times, testing its balance. Finally it turns the sabre and hands it back to you hilt-first.
The sedate alfar warrior quietly says, "Sorry, I wouldn't know how to wield one of those."

I have spoken firmly to the Alfar, who should now be willing to use mundane, non-swappable small or large edged sabres, as well as any other similar weapons that they formerly disdained.

(They were erroneously set up to take small edge and large edged weapons, but not medium edged weapons classified as small edged weapons, which has been corrected.)
