Did I miss a memo and this got a lot easier, or was I just lucky?

I've never tried this before, but from reports I figured I wouldn't be able to do it until I was decently higher circle -- I'm currently 30th.

Hehe, prolly does... just, the amount learned from learning a single wound when you can actually do partials is so miniscule that you could double or triple it and not even notice the difference.
