There there, it's alright...I'm forming a support group for all of us fake empaths. The only requirement is a spine and that you not have footprints on your back.

Purhand steps up to the podium.
You say, "Hello, my name is Purehand, and I am a fake empath"
Group says, "Hi Purehand"
You say, "It's been three weeks since my last patient. It's been tough. I've really missed the complaining and indignation. Just yesterday in the infirmary a young go getter was yelling at all of the empath's for being lazy. This really made me want to heal him, but I stayed true to the utter fakeness of my empathic nature. I wrestled with my urge to heal, and thumped him instead. Whew, that feels good to get that off my chest."
Purehand appears to be trying to hold back his tears, apparently overwhelmed with emotion.
The Group Moderator steps over to Purehand to comfort him and says, "Thank you for sharing Purehand. That was very brave. Lets all give him a round of applause."
Reluctant applause.
Purehand says, "Thank you.... Thank you all."
I am a fake empath, AND I have a foolish name. Beat that. MEH!

I have it on my list, but my list is horribly out of date compared to what I actually have. I'm trying to organize it and make it into an actual website. But I'm lazy, so it isn't happening very fast.

Great! Where do I sign up? I stopped healing in the Crossing Guild primarily because I refuse to accept the terms we're forced to endure in OUR guild. If people are going to start fights, explode boxes, and generally act like idiots, then I just won't heal them. I'm actually planning on investigating this further, as I am curious to know just how the other guilds feel, and if they endure this same nonsense or do they do something about it.
No footprints on my back. Have left a couple on people... probably should heal them... well, the ones who didn't deserve it, anyway.

...Then you should tell them to go do that at their own guild and have those big handsome 'Togs show them the door.
Boxes are iffy. Most of the boxes I've found people pop in there are just goblins. So it's not too big a deal. Though occasionally you get someone popping big ones with room traps.
Though...if people are fighting in the guild I ask them once to take it outside before removing everybody involved. If they're being annoying, obnoxious idiots in general, I warn them once and remove. Oh, but what if they need healing? They should have thought of that before they acted like imbeciles. Everybody who isn't an Empath is a guest of the guild and should act like one. I have no qualms with reminding them of this.

I just think it sucks that we need 2 empaths to remove someone. Someone can act like a total arse in whispers and you WANT to remove em, but you can't. Also, while invasions aren't going on could you PLEASE make Crossing guild non-combat zone again? I grew tired of seeing people walk in shooting at each other and sparring so I left Crossing all together.

I think it's silly we can't remove people in hiding or invisibility.
All anybody needs right now to be a complete and total asshat in the Empaths' Guild with no consequences is an RF rune or good hiding.

I agree that an empath of adequate circle (maybe 30th or 50th) should be able to remove someone in one go (maybe this is already the case for 50th or higher, I don't know). I mean, if Nausika or Paschein or someone goes up to one of our guards and asks them to kindly escort someone out, I don't think they will say 'sorry miss, you're word alone isn't good enough'.
One problem I have run into though is when I go to 'remove my hauberk' or 'remove jad gweth' sometimes I remove someone with a name like Mywhatever or Jadwhatever. Could we also make it so that you have to type out the person's full name, or there is some sort of 'are you sure you want to do this? If so type remove again', to avoid these misunderstandings? (yeah I should type out jadeite and stuff, but i'sa lazy empath).

Tried to remove someone when I was 59th and I couldn't do it alone. I think we should be able to remove invisible and hidden people. The guards downstairs can shove people out of hiding.. why can't the ones upstairs see people when we want to remove them?

You know... the more and more I hear your thoughts, the more and more I find I agree on so many things. I just wish our guild were more unified, and try as I might, I've only managed to get to know who I can count on, and they at least, I know, will support me and not turn their backs when things get rough.
