Fixed a bug when casting non Moon Mage spells that could result it it using an unintended value for mana. When casting non Lunar spells it should always use the lunar average.

Redid the conversion mechanics for tools. They should no longer automatically convert on login, instead the tool will convert (If it hasn't already) whenever you look/analyze/invoke or predict with it. Please let me know if you encounter anything weird with this.
