The following adjustments are now live to the prediction system:

1) Bones will no longer look terrible when analyzed before being converted.

2) General prediction performance is improved for <250 ranks of astrology, as long as a tool is used.

3) Improved scaling of astrology and charisma for visions, particularly at lower levels, and raised the upper cap (relative to tools) from 50% to 66%.

4) Tool type now correctly factors into polarity.

5) Further increased the speed of bonding for the lower tiers of bonding.

6) Across the board increase in the chance of damage.
