Yep, it's that time again! Come get your nerd on at the next Lunar Pow-wow currently scheduled for Saturday, August 11th at 8:00 PM EST. The meeting will take place one west of Kssarh's office on the third floor of the Crossbow Observatory in Crossing.
Our starting lecture and main topic of discussion will be the long-awaited and much-beloved Mirror Wraith Prophecy. If you have any stories, tidbits, or anecdotes about the Prophecy or anything relating to that event, please feel free to show up and toss in your two Kronars or IM me at ReverendReene if you want to arrange something else.
Standard rules for the meeting apply: Absolutely no OOC behavior will be tolerated, be polite and respectful to your fellow mages and if you just want to be pointlessly disruptive don't bother showing up. If you step out of line, you'll have an unhappy Caelumia and quite possibly an angry Kssarh to deal with if our last two meetings have been any indication. We've had a very good track record so far so please don't be the first one to break our happy streak.
I hope to see many old faces and lots of new ones too in attendance next week. :) Cheers.

Eh... <twitch> Sunday I cannot juggle. See, I'm doing a sleepover that weekend... =P August appears to be the time when my ghostly friends from long ago want to hang out.

Okay after chatting with a couple of people we're moving the meeting to Monday the 13th instead, same time and place. I'll post a reminder the day before.
And I have a new appreciation for events GMs, god you people are picky.

I was referring to the fact that instead of getting exercise and stretching in a hot room with some very um... fit and flexible..ehh.. people, I'll be sitting in front of a computer in an imaginary world talking to my imaginary friends about a "prophecy." I might as well eat hot pockets and listen to Dragonforce while I'm at it.
Anyway, can't wait!

Due to a series of bizarrely improbably circumstances (hey go figure) we're having a slight change of subject for the meeting Monday.
I will be pushing back the lecture and discussion on the Mirror Wraith Prophecy to a later date. It will not be long after this meeting, don't worry. Right now the most likely date is looking to be Saturday the 18th. This is not written in stone.
Sorry to bait-and-swap everyone, but things have been stacking up weirdly for the past week and I just haven't had the time to prepare like I should have nor will I be able to devote a lot of time to being in-game on Monday.
Note that this doesn't mean we won't have a get-together Monday - I'll just have to save The Big One for a slightly later date.
The subject for this meeting instead, and hopefully this will be a nice way to prepare for the MWP stuff anyway, will be general prophecy and methods of interpreting visions. In the wake of the eye-bleeding goodness from a couple of weeks ago, this is probably a good thing to touch on anyway.
Once again I'm sorry, especially for everyone that may have rearranged their schedules to accommodate the MWP discussion. I just couldn't wedge any more into my schedule this week or next. :(
