So I recently had a situation where I died, with no arms - cannot perform rituals because I have no arms to pick up my ritual knife, and subsequently could not heal said arms.

What are my actual solutions to this, should I eventually become unhealable by empaths?

I noticed that foraging and buying at stores ignores the fact your hands are unusable until you try to swap items to a different hand, but that seems borderline mech abuse at best when going for the herb route.
