Do either RoG or RoC make it harder for Moon Mages to perceive Trans or other spells on you?

RoC will strip Trans off you entirely, so in a roundabout way, yes. Other spells will not show up and you will appear as though you have no spells on you.

RoG will only conceal them from being visible on you in your LOOK but will not hide them in PERCEIVE unless you have the Liturgy metaspell, in which case PERCEIVE will not show any spells on you at all.

This is a binary check and is not contested.

Okay, this confirms what I was noticing.

I must have been the unknowing beneficiary of the Liturgy preview.

Thanks!

You do need to put enough mana into the spells to cover yourself. Might be worth experimenting with a friendly moon mage to see how much that requires.

There is messaging to indicate when it is successfully concealing your aura (which you do not, incidentally, receive if there is nothing to cover). I believe, though I am not 100%, that spells are always hidden regardless.

I actually have been occasionally testing with a sympathetic MM friend, which is why I was confused. RoG was previously covering GaF and other non-trans buffs for me.

I don't actually have RoC yet - just RoG. So if RoC is the spell that covers non-trans buffs (such as GaF, Obf, etc.) then it was definitely the Liturgy preview that was covering me before. I just didn't realize it at the time!
