If I cast Clarity and someone tries to size me up, I get instant spot effect and can point out the person if they hide. Not sure if it is intended or not. On the one hand, I doubt anyone is going to size me up mid-fight, so I am not sure this issue is earth-shaking.

On the other hand, it pretty much seems to auto-win the contest which seems a bit much.
