For this title, does parry satisfy the 2nd highest weapon req?

At least 650 in Highest Armor
At least 40 in Charisma
At least 450 in 2nd Highest Armor

I can't see why that would be the case...a weapon is a weapon...you can't kill with a parry.

I will know shortly. My parry is higher than my primary weapon, and it's about to cross a primary weapon req (in three short ranks) for a different title.
That said, I agree with the statement that parry is not a weapon, even though it is misplaced in the weapon skillset.

I am 99% positive that shield does count as an armor, I know it counts for circling. There was a thread about it either here, or responses to gm confirming. Regardless, shield is to armor much more than parry is to weapon.

Shields count as an armor for title. Some extra titles and skills are left out below. Ok yea though, I think my question is answered, parry wont work as a weapon rank.
