Oddly enough, I moved outta Rossmans, back towards Lang, and the wolf acted properly. Big Shrugs. By the way, my bonus was, and still is just fine.

Yes, I belive your right. Although I was able to hide and howl like a wolf calling to the pack even when I was trying. In hindsite now, I was in rossmans for alittle while doing some PVP with the malitias. (It was under an hour). That explanation seems to fit the circumstances. Thanks everyone.
