Y'know, part of that statement is right, the other part is completely and utterly wrong. Yes they aren't his folders and aren't only for people with thief prime characters. On the other hand, they are the thief folder and should be host to discussions from a thief perspective, not that of any other guild unless it is relavent, though it seems that relevancy has been beaten to a bloody pulp and left by the wayside long ago.
