It's been a couple months since I've been trading so naturally I'd do something as silly as forget to return my caravan at the end of my trading day. The problem is that I cannot find out where I'm supposed to get it back from! I left it in front of the shanty in Leth Deriel. Does anyone know where I would pick it up from?

Check with the nearest stable. I think the nearest one from Leth is the one in Crossing on Clanthew Boulevard. There will be a fine involved so make sure you have enough coin on you. You can also try renting another caravan from the outpost.

There is a caravan stable at the Rest of Ages Inn in Leth Deriel. If you left your caravan in Leth it is probably there. North from the Sanati Dyaus.
