This would be my personal take and opinions.

I think that scholarship will play an important part. As will the other portions of our skills. Maybe we will even get new skills to develop as a part of what we will need for enchanting that we don't currently have at hand.

I do feel that at least a small portion of skill in the use of a weapon depending on he enchantment would be standard. One must know how to wield something in order to improve it. But I wouldn't put a strong emphasis on this as I would for forging in comparison.

We currently are extremely limited in our ways to learn Scholarship. I think this needs to be increased. When ever we try to read a spell scroll. We should gain a bit of scholarship. Everytime we could pottentially learn some form of knowledge should in theory gain us more scholarship. Perhaps we will get more than a single path of scholarship. Such ar Arcane scholarship pertaining to the arcane art's. Which would be different from the standard book scholarship skill.

I don't believe now is the time to argue when there are so many questions. But instead time to give support and suggestions in hopes to moving allong this goal that alot of us would like to see. Enchanting opening up further allong in the realms.

It would be nice to hear some information on how things are coming allong. If we keep bickering, we will not get any head way.

I would be lieing if I said Im unhappy to hear how far away it may still be. But if we point enough fingers in the direction the Guild really wishes to go. Then maybe we might help or encourage or best yet shape where we wish to be. Instead of waiting around for it to get here.

I could've sworn that on the simucon internet radio thingie that it was said that there was already a proposal that had been approved, but coding and QC were on hold till DR2.
